DONAGHADEE TENNIS CLUB
Donaghadee Lawn Tennis Club is a friendly, community club based at The Commons, within a scenic coastal setting.
We offer a variety of club sessions, coaching and membership packages for all abilities.
Tennis for all ages & abilities
With three floodlit astroturf tennis courts, which can be used all year round, we are happy to be able to offer a variety of sessions for all ages and abilities, including evening club sessions, junior and senior coaching, cardio tennis and one to one coaching with our qualified coaches.
We have a large number of teams which compete in the Belfast & District League including U14 and U18s, ladies and mens singles, mixed doubles and veterans teams.
Adult mix-in
club play
There are three 'club play' sessions each week for adults, a chance to come along and play some games with members of the club.
These are on Tuesday and Thursday evening from 7 - 9pm and Saturday 2 - 4pm.
Non-members can attend two club play sessions before joining.
Tennis Coaching at Donaghadee
We have a weekly coaching schedule open to members and non-members.
Sessions are operated on a Pay as You Go basis and are led by our coaches.

Monday
6.15 - 7.15pm Points Play and match practice
7.30 - 9pm Beginners to Improvers session
Thursday
3.45 - 4.45pm: P1-2
5 - 6pm: P3- 4
6 - 7pm: P5 - 6
Tuesday
6 - 7pm: Year 8+ (Yellow Ball)
Friday
5 - 6pm: P6 - P7 (Green Ball)
6 - 7.30pm: Year 8+ Performance Session (Yellow Ball)
Wednesday
5 - 6pm: P5-6 (Orange Ball)
6 - 7.30pm: Year 8+ (Yellow Ball) Intermediate session
7.30 - 9pm Doubles, drills and matchplay with some fitness work.
Adult mix-in / Club Play
Come and play sessions open to all adult members. Non-members can come along to two sessions before joining.
Tuesday and Thursday evening from 7 - 9pm and Saturday 2 - 4pm.
Facilities at Donaghdee Tennis Club
Ulster Tennis Club of the Year 2019-20, DLTC is recoginsed for the quality and range of provision for tennis at all ages.
We host social events and club tournaments throughout the year at our seaside clubhouse.
